Accounts

Listings & transactions

AutoDealux is a marketplace and software platform. Sales contracts are between buyers and dealers; we are not a party to them and do not guarantee any vehicle, price, or transaction.

Connected social accounts

If you connect a Facebook Page, you authorise us to publish and remove content you choose, via Meta's API, on your behalf. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with Meta's terms.

Fees

Paid features (subscriptions, credits, featured listings) are billed as described at purchase. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Intellectual property

You retain rights to content you upload and grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the service. AutoDealux and its software remain our property.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination
